Tarun Garvit Scheme for Rural Development – The State Government of Haryana has prepared a team of 60,000 youth under the GARVIT (youth for rural development) to educate every village people about the benefits of the scheme.
On Thursday, Haryana Cabinet approved the extension of Metro Rail from Narela to Kundli in Sonipat district. The state and central governments are doing the construction of the project together. While Haryana is paying 80 percent of the cost, the center will bear the balance.

Haryana State Government has started applications for ‘Haryana Saksham Yojana’. The last date for applying for this scheme is 28 February 2017. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will launch a new scheme for all information of the farmers. The government will have all the information about the farmer’s crop in this scheme. The Chief Minister informed the reporters about this plan during the concluding of Second Agricultural Leadership Summit 2017. This scheme will be online and all farmers will be included in this scheme. In this scheme, the details of the government account will be written by the farmer in the field, from the crop sowing to the sale.
New Scheme for Development of Drinking Water Supply in the Haryana –
Haryana state government has announced a new scheme for Development of Drinking Water Supply in the state. Under this scheme 84 villages has been selected, implementation will be in 84 villages by the Haryana Central Government. Accordingly this is to provide good quality and healthy, impurity free drinking water to the all people of the state. Under this scheme, healthy drinking water will be provided to people by mean of wells and tube wells.
‘Har Gaon Pedon Ki Chhaon‘ scheme is a new yojana that Haryana government is planning to launch in this year 2017. Aim of this scheme is to create at least one environmentally significant grove in each village during ‘Golden Jubilee’ year of that village and at developing the roadside avenue of approach roads leading to and radiating from the districts, up to a distance of one km.Under this scheme, there would be 100 Plants per village would be undertaken across the state.
According to Forest Department Thus scheme would be launched in February March month of year 2017. Haryana is celebrating its Golden Jubilee year from November 1, 2016 to October 31, 2017. Haryana was out as a separate entity 50 years ago on November 1, 1966. » Read more
