Now Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will construct the residential flats as per the specification prescribed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). According to DDA’s Principal commissioner (Land and Housing) J. P Agarwal, the uniformity in the construction standards of residential flats in the national capital will be fixed in the next scheme.

However, a DDA official says that his work is already underway. In such a situation, the likelihood of getting sour in the neck due to its elections is less under DDA Housing Scheme.
