PMAY Bahadurgarh – Demand Survey Started
PMAY Bahadurgarh: The Demand Survey has been started in Bahadurgarh, Haryana to implement the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban as the center and state government says Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas. In the district, the official of the urban bodies will prepare the list of eligible families who do not have their house by July 15.
The SDM Jagniwas has appealed to the people of the urban area to take advantage of this scheme and become a participant in the housing facilities. He said that the government has targeted that everyone should have their own house by 2022. To avail the benefits of the scheme, it is mandatory for the eligible people to get registered with the City Council by July 15. The government has directed to the concerned departments to conduct surveys with fairly and transparently.
Eligibility criteria for PMAY Bahadurgarh
SDM told about the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban, the economically weaker income should be three lakh rupees, income of lower income class should be Rs 3 lakh to 6 lakh rupees, income of middle-income class 1 should be 6 lakh to 12 lakh rupees and the income of middle-income class 2 should be 12 lakh rupees to 18 lakh rupees. It is mandatory to have the beneficiaries Aadhar card and bank account. There is no any house in the name of beneficiaries or families member ( Husband, wife and Unmarried son or daughter) in anywhere in the country. The beneficiary has not availed the benefit in past under any central or state government scheme. The beneficiaries should be residents of the state and present residence of the city or employee of the Central or state government departments or the employees of the industrial or commercial unit of the concerned urban area which is registered with the Labor Welfare Board, Haryana. The residents of unauthorized colonies who has the own house will not be eligible.
