PM Awas Yojana Uttar Pradesh – On Saturday, CM Yogi Adityanath announced that 10,00000 housing units will be built in the Uttar Pradesh by the year 2019. During the program, CM said that PM Narendra Modi had promised to the poor of the nation for providing them an affordable housing unit. But in Uttar Pradesh, the people could not avail the benefits of the scheme because the SP government do not take care of the poor homeless people of the state.
Details of PM Awas Yojana Uttar Pradesh
CM Yogi informed that the NDA government has taken a decision of providing affordable housing units to about 10,00,000 people of Uttar Pradesh by the year 2019. Besides this about 57,000 homeless people of Gorakhpur division will be provided houses.
CM Adityanath also warned the middlemen in the implementation of MNREGA. He said that the beneficiaries can get work for 90 days and stern action will be taken in case of complaints in this regard.
Before this, UP CM Yogi Adityanath met the family of martyr Saheb Shukla who lost his life in Kashmir valley last month at their native Kaniel village and handed over a cheque of Rs five lakh to them.
CM also inaugurated the ‘School Chalo Abhiyan’ in the primary school of the village. Yogi also provided school dresses and bags.
