Telangana Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana:- Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas will launch the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana for the Below LPoverty Line (BPL) families in Telangana in next month. Under the Scheme, the government will give LPG connection to the BPL families.

LPG Scheme Assam: – In an event held at the Khanapara Veterinary College ground, Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonawal launched the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana in Kamrup (Metro) district.

Ujjwala Plus Yojana – The NDA government can announce the launch of Ujjwala Plus Yojana, which is to increase the coverage of the scheme for free LPG connection to the poor on the upcoming Independence Day. Ujjwala Plus is the next step of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY), which provides free gas connections to women belonging to below poverty line as per the socio-economic caste census (SEC) 2011.
In Majuli, Chief Minister Sarbanand Sonowal launched the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana on Sunday. In the ceremony, Chief Minister distributed LPG connection to selected beneficiaries. About 16,000 Majuli families which are under BPL will be benefited in the scheme.
In Tamilnadu, Minister of state Pon. Radhakrishnan handed over LPG connection at Nagercoil in Kanyakumari District. Mr. Pon. said “The Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana at Tamilnadu will help women in backward rural areas to lead a healthier life. The smoke and soot from firewood used for cooking in villages have been proved to be equivalent to the smoke from 400 cigarettes.”
Arunachal Pradesh, Central Government has launched a Scheme name as The PM Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY). In this scheme, Government will be provided clean cooking fuel to BPL families.
