The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) decide the buyer of houses will visit the DDA flats before applying for the house. Many of the buyers were return the home in the last few years so, DDA decides buyers can visit the flats before applying.
The contact details and name of the DDA officials are also available in the all urban body’s website. Buyers can search the official contact and details through online of their locality.
A senior DDA Official said, “Applicants can access the list of flats, the area, and the category, against which contact details of engineers dealing in that zone will be provided. The buyers can take a slot from the officials and visit the house of their choice to decide whether they wish to apply.”
The housing agency launched 12,000 flats earlier this month. In 12,000 DDA flats over 10,000 flats are from the 2014 Housing Scheme.
15,000 applicant apply for the new housing scheme. 1,25000 people have logged on the official website to obtain information the officials said.
In the 12,000 flats, over 11,000 are LIG and Janta flats, 404 are MIG flats, and 87 are in the HIG category. The flats are situated in many locations such as Rohini, Narela, Dwarka, Jasola, Pashchim Vihar, Siraspur, and Vasant Kunj, among others.
For the sale of the application forms and related transactions, the Agency has tied up with ten banks. The kiosks are available at the DDA headquarters at Vikas Sadan, INA.
The category price range for HIG is Rs 53.52-126.81 lakh, for MIG Rs 31.32-93.95 lakh, for LIG Rs 14.50- 30.30 lakh and for Janta flats Rs 7.07- 12.76 lakh.
